Friday night Velours was pretty dead. It’s a well known fact that the place isn’t a sure shot. It can be pretty good, but it can be pretty empty too. Use caution when entering, and, as usual, bring your ID !! 911 in Roppongi however was packed as usual, possibly too much. No news there. [...]
